Design & manufacturing studio

The objects you touch every day deserve more than efficiency.

ObjectCraft bridges art and engineering to make physical products that live in your hands. We won't ship anything that doesn't make someone feel something.

A studio of eleven, one building, one point of view.

Designers, mechanical engineers and a model shop share the same floor. Sketches become printed parts the same afternoon, and the person who drew the radius is the person who holds the sample. That short loop is why our programs reach tooling with fewer surprises.

Industrial design

Form studies, CMF direction and hand-held foam models until the silhouette earns its place.

Mechanical engineering

Parametric CAD, tolerance stacks and drop simulation before a single steel tool is cut.

Production oversight

Vendor selection, golden samples and on-floor first-article inspection in Shenzhen and Ohio.

We prototype early, and often badly on purpose.

A typical program produces forty to sixty physical models before design freeze. Rough urethane blocks answer grip and weight questions that renders never will, and we would rather fail a model on week three than a tool on week twenty.

How we work

Materials are a decision, not a finish.

We specify anodised aluminium, glass-filled nylon, ceramic and solid hardwood against real cost, tooling and end-of-life constraints. Every CMF board arrives with supplier names, minimum order quantities and a recycled-content figure attached.
